How Amazon Buyers Rate Seller Feedback
Things Sellers Should Know
How do buyers rate sellers on Amazon? There may be a few things you overlook as a seller. Make sure you meet the basics to increase your positive feedback on Amazon. Amazon recommends buyers to use the following criteria to rate sellers:
1. Was the order packed securely and carefully?
Does the item shift back-and-forth loosely without being carefully situated and stabilized? Use bubble-wrap or foam packaging, and wrap with strong tape.
2. Was the order shipped on time?
Did it arrive late to the buyer because you overlooked the zip code you were shipping to? Make sure you account for buyers who live in rural suburb areas where delivery would take longer.
3. Customer service
Were inquiries replied to promptly? Was it easy to reach customer support? If he’s not worth your time, he won’t think you’re worth his money… or his positive feedback.
4. Would you buy from this seller again?
If ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
People will keep using your service if it works for them. People are creatures of habit.
If he did it once, he’ll do it again.
Unfortunately, people are also habitual skeptics. Win your customer over the first time. Leave a great impression.
