□   Charge reasonably for item and for shipping

Inventory:
□   Have listed item in stock
□   Prepare for future orders if item sells well

Shipping:
□   Able to deliver item to buyer’s location
□   Pack item considerately, securely, and professionally
□   Ship on time (Account for busy seasons e.g. Christmas)
□   If requested, provide tracking

Customer Service:
□   Respond to emails and inquiries quickly to demonstrate good customer service
□   Give a reason for cancelling an order
□   Notify buyers promptly if there are any delays
□   Resolve customer issues – negative and neutral feedback – promptly
