The End of Unsolicited Emails on Amazon UK

Last year Amazon let US buyers opt out of unsolicited emails sent from third-party sellers. Now, the same thing has happened on Amazon UK.

This is not necessarily a bad change, you can read聽our thoughts on it聽here, and if you are using our Feedback Central聽there is nothing to worry about, you can keep using it as usual.

If you are our customer, you can also聽forward all聽the bounced emails to BQool Global Blacklist at聽blacklist@bqool.com. We will give you credits for emails that are forwarded to us due to buyer opt-out. Check this link for more information.

What if I’m聽not a Bqool’s customer?

You can still contact opt-out customers with critical information:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Delivery scheduling

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Issues with a shipping address

To do so, you must include the word聽[Important]聽in brackets in the subject line of the message sent via email.聽Or just use聽Buyer-Seller Messaging in Seller Central

You won’t reach opt-out buyer’s email box with:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Requests for seller feedback or customer reviews.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Order, shipment, delivery or refund confirmations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proactive customer service. For example, product manuals, tips for using the product, answers to frequently聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 asked questions or suggestions if something goes wrong.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Out-of-stock or delay notifications and offers of alternative products.
