By subscribing to this service, you are enabled to use amazon fulfilment service for your other stores on other third-party ecommerce platforms. This service is very convenient, especially when you are dealing with multiple online stores, and enables sellers to expand their businesses without having to spend too much time coordinating with their logistics.

Selling on Amazon can be a complex process that requires more than just your attention. In fact, you may need to consider additional tools such as keyword research, analytics software, or a multichannel tool. This is especially important for those who want to sell on other sales channels or expand to new ones, such as marketplaces and online stores. BQool BigCentral is a great Amazon CRM tool that can help you simplify the process of supporting multichannel after sales. Not only does it synchronize product listings, orders, and inventory of all your Amazon marketplaces, but it also provides analytical insight into your performance on each sale channel.

BigCentral

BigCentral CRM software and BQool ticket system offer support for multiple ecommerce platforms, including MCF service. With BigCentral, you will not just receive emails from Amazon customers – you can also get customer messages from Walmart, eBay, and other popular sites.

How to configurate it?

What you need to do is to configurate the channel and assign the email address to BigCentral. Once you have done that part, you can receive the emails from other ecommerce platforms.

Prep Centers

Are you finding Amazon’s fees to be a bit costly? If so, why not give third party Prep Centers a try as an alternative? If you are looking for an alternative because you think Amazon fees are a little bit expensive, you can go with a prep center

How does it work?

Third party prep centers are independent companies (not Amazon related) that specialize in logistic management, much like Amazon fulfillment centers. These centers provide a variety of services to help sellers manage their inventory, such as inspection, storage, repacking, marking, packing in polymer bags, preparing goods, and shipping them

While it might seem like an unnecessary extra expense at first, working with a prep center can make a huge difference in the efficiency of running your business on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. As fees increase this year, many sellers seek alternatives to Amazon’s high fulfilment costs.

We suggest you do some research first to make sure the prep center you want to work with can handle different Channels, not only Amazon.

Amazon’s Multi fulfilment Channel fees can pretty be expensive in 2023, if you are concerned about FBA eating into your profit, there are alternatives such as Prep centers that can provide a more cost-effective solution to fulfilment services. Working with a prep center can help you keep your business running smoothly and profitably on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms!
