More than half of Amazon customers used mobile device to make their purchases, indicating a shift in buying practices from desktop to mobile devices.  Also, more than a million users signed up for Amazon Prime, contributing to the best selling season for Amazon to date.  This means that all the above figures are just a tip of the iceberg.  There is still plenty of untapped potential for future growth, so the figures may turn out even more impressive in the future.  These impressive statistics further cement Amazon’s position as the number one online e-commerce retailer, and it would be wise to take advantage of it.
